An exciting new addition to Canberra wedding cake maker’s scene has arrived with the grand opening of Canberra Cake Boutique in June 2015.  You can’t miss this gorgeous cake shop as you walk into Federation Square as it sits in the centre of the bustling boutique square!

Canberra Cake Boutique are the first cake decorators in Canberra where clients can watch their cakes being made, flowers and all and take great pride in creating custom cakes that are not only stylist and beautiful, but also tasty too.

 

One of the best parts to choosing your wedding cake is of course the tasting session, which Canberra Cake Boutique clients attend. Heike’s passion and enthusiasm for cake creations is evident as she gives expert advice to couples including: advice on height, decorations, type of cake, matching it with your personal wedding style and themes. Heike believes that your wedding cake is the absolute focus and centre piece to your wedding reception and takes great care in creating unique, custom designed cakes.  Each consult runs for approximately an hour and couples have an opportunity to sample some of her favourite cake flavours including red velvet, caramel mud cake, chocolate mud cake and White Chocolate and Citrus.

Canberra Cake Boutique always present delicious moist cakes, decorations are always custom and specific to the couple’s wedding style and everything is made from scratch in Heike’s commercial kitchen!

 

When to book.

Canberra Cake Boutique recommends brides and grooms look at booking their cakes at least 6 months to a year out from their wedding date. Since the launch, Canberra Cake Boutique have been receiving up to 10 bookings per week with quotes given on the spot for specific requests to cakes.
